TMotionDetector accepts video frames from TVideoGrabber or any video component that returns frames as TBitmap. An internal grid divides the frame into rows and columns, allowing to individually set the motion sensitivity of each area of the video frame. An optional processing reduces the sensitivity to video noise.""
