TCP-Z Description

TCP-Z is a tiny application that allows users to monitor the network traffic and to limit the number of half-open TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) connections to one’s computer. Beginners are advised to steer clear of this app or ask for professional help before modifying any network settings (rather than boost the performance, they might end up slowing it down).
