As soon as you activate the desired task, the program displays a small countdown timer in the primary panel. The lack of configurable settings makes it an ideal app for rookies. However, it would have been useful to see support for a feature that could help you pause or stop the countdown timer. You are allowed to cancel the current action by closing the utility. During our testing we have noticed that System Timer carries out a task quickly and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. As it would be expected from such a small utility, it remains light on system resources, so it doesn’t burden computer performance, nor interfere with other programs’ functionality.
