StoryText Description
StoryText was specially built as an open source and handy record / replay layer for Python Graphical User Interfaces. StoryText is built as an unconventional GUI testing tool that comes with support for PyGTK, Tkinter, wxPython, Swing, SWT and Eclipse RCP. Besides providing a mechanism for recording and playing back UI interaction, it also generates a log of the UI appearance. Note: Python 3.x supported only for Tkinter UIs currently Main features: Records and replays in a domain language Auto-generates a log of the GUI appearance and changes to it "Recording waits" - sychronization for multi-threaded testing "shortcuts" for macro recording and building a hierarchy of language
