Here is the official description for Stock Index News Clock: 3D Earth shows stock index prices around the world with TimeZone information and a business headline news ticker. here are two main windows: The "Display Control" window which contains all of the controls and the "Display" window which shows the Earth display. The "Display" window shows small "tags" that indicate the values of stock market items. Each shows a name, value, a change value, and a percentage change value. Values below $1 are not indicated, but are reflected properly in the % change.Double clicking on any of these "tags" will open your web browser to the web PaGE associated with it. Using the mouse or keyboard, the size, position, and Spin are controlled. The values on the "tags" are automatically updated every 10 minutes. The individual tags are colored either red or greed to indicate that the value has increased (green) or decreased (red) during the trading day. If the value of an individual tag has not changed recently, the color becomes 'faded' (Sort Of grayed out) to show that this item is inactive (market closed etc.). The "Display Control" window controls how the "Display" window will appear. If you close this window, it can be opened again by right clicking the cursor anywhere over the Display window. Starting at the top of this window and moving down: There are four selection buttons at the very top: A, B, C, and D. These buttons select from four different views. Each of these views is controlled by all of the controls that affect the view -- including size position, and spin. Pressing the SAVE button will update the selecte view with whatever the current view settings are set to.
