StaRCV is an experimental port of AO40RCV to Delphi Pascal. With the addition of support for AO-40 FEC Telemetry. When regualar telemetry blocks come down they will be displayed and written to a capture file and when FEC blocks come down they will be displayed and written to the capture file.
