Sputter Description
The Sputter application was designed to be a small, simple tool that can be used to generate drum and bass midisounds from textinput. Characters are translated to their ascii-representatives and put into two channels of midi: one in channel number 1 (the general midi chromatic instrument sounds), one in channel number 10 (the general midi percussion sounds). Each character thus produces a drumsound and an instrumentsound at the same time.
