Edit By Splashes Effect Plugin allows you to create/add splashes/stamps. This is a plugin under Effect/render menu. You should use it to create/add splashes/stamps, etc... It was some kind of "lost deeply in the forum" plugin. If you download the package updated 11/04/2008 (or more) it's already in it. I'm just updating the topics for this effect. The source is available with the plugins package! How to install? Close Paint.net UnZip and place the DLL in your Effect folder usually: C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects
