If you are concerned about privacy and if you use a computer in an environment where others may see what's on the screen or use the computer when you turn back, then SparkLock is ideal for you. SparkLock is better than a regular session lock in Windows because you can easily lock the screen three ways: by a single keystroke, by moving the mouse pointer from screen side to side as if you were performing a screen wipe, and by an inactivity delay such as a screensaver. When the system is locked with SparkLock nobody (even the system administrator) can use the computer without entering the password you have defined. All system control keys and processes are disabled. Unlocking the computer is fast, no mouse click and no Enter key. It is also safe because the password is blindly entered without any password field on the screen. If an incorrect password is entered you must wait five seconds and reenter.
