Spam Blocking Agent classifies and properly manages incoming e-mails by parsing them against some SBA defined filters such as: Spam Tolerance Factor (STF), BuddyList, and Trusted Domain Relationship. SBA defines STF as the number of unidentified e-mails you can accept before SBA labels it as spam. Spam itself is seen as any incoming e-mails that originate from a sender not in a Trust Relationship with the intended local recipient. SBA automatically sets a Trust Relationship between a local sender to an external recipient.
