A clear chromatic scale shows you exactly 'where you are' and 'where you should be' and a selection of pre-loaded instruments and tunings show you which strings to tune to what. The 'Player' and 'Professional' editions offer the unique, patent pending, 'Soundscape' display, which constructs a 3 dimensional landscape of sound that scrolls in real time. The Soundscape view gives serious musicians strobe tuner accuracy as well as unique insights into the timbre, harmonics and intonation of their instrument. For the tuning professional, it's an oscilloscope, stroboscopic and chromatic tuner, rolled into one, with the added benefits of recording, playback, zooming and comparison features - all at a fraction of the price of similar programs. The tuner has huge range from C1 (34hz) to F#8 (5919Hz) and ridiculous accuracy +/- 0.1 cents, but more importantly it shows you clearly and exactly what part of the notes 'life-cycle' you are tuning. The large screen display can be seen clearly and used hands free from some distance allowing you to tune and play in comfort.The free version is a fully functional chromatic tuner. The 'Players Edition' ($30) features the 'Soundscape' view, and cents Indicator. The 'Professional Edtion ($95) features recording, playback comparison, frequency analysis and other advanced features.
