3 SkypePhone Manager is a Windows application which attaches to a running instance of Skype and forwards incoming calls (including SkypeIn calls) to another Skype account, which is usually an account on a SkypePhone. The application also manages outgoing call forwarding settings, allowing you to make calls and SMS messages from your mobile at SkypeOut rates.
