It is compatible with all the popular formats: JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, CUR, ANI, WBMP, XPM, XBM, and TGA, etc. Images can be opened with a double click, and the image selection is through thumbnails that could be browsed through easily. If you click on a folder, all the images in it are loaded and thumbnails are displayed. A full screen display is also available. Descriptions can be assigned to each individual image. It is also possible to print, move, copy, duplicate and rename files and copy images to the clipboard. A “quick view” window lets you view the images instantly. Some amount of image editing could be done. These include using different filters for brightness, color, shadows and red eye corrections. Image could be organized by day, keywords or by size. The picture viewer lets you create presentations that can have sounds and multiple effects. Where the images should appear on screen can be adjusted. You can have one, two or more displayed at the same time. Icons can be created from photographs. Creative cursors can be made too. This has a simple interface and is quite intuitive. Most users would be able to get productive very quickly. The controls are also well laid out. The controls are intuitive so that most users will be able to figure out what to do and how to do it.
