Sigmoid Model Explorer or SME, for short, was designed to be an unique, easy-to-use and useful Graphical User Interface for the Sigmoid Project. Sigmoid Model Explorer is a front end that provides access to the web services of the pathway databases and Cellerator, the module responsible for simulations. Sigmoid Model Explorer is written in the Java programming language and can be run on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
