Shooting Method Model Description

Shooting Method Model is a small, Java based simulation specially designed to display the solution to the time-independent Schrödinger equation determined via the shooting method. The default potential energy function is a harmonic oscillator with V(x) = x*x/2. The model assumes that the eigenfunction is bound within a spatial region. The energy of the energy eigenfunction can be changed with the slider.
