SharpAIS Description

The SharpAIS was developed to make it easier for programmers to handle AIS receiver data in their applications. I was looking for ready code to handle data from AIS receivers for some time. I must say I couldn't any libraries written for .NET Framework. This is a attempt to create such a library. This is an initial version, but it is fully functional. It supports decoding all(?) 24 AIS receiver commands, I could find documentation on the Internet. There is also, a test application included, I use to import AIS message 1,2,3,5 message data to my applications, as a sample how to use the library. Some tests of the library are also included.
