There is also the capability to remove documents from the web site when a document is removed from the source library. This keeps your web site 'in sync' with the source repository. - SharePoint Site and credentials - Document Library and View Names - Category - All documents are assigned a grouping for the web site display. - Column Names - Selectable meta data to be displayed on the web site. - Filters - Allow you to select columns with specific values to extract documents. - Filter Resets - Allows a filter value to be changed once the document has been extracted. - Approval Email - Address used to send approval notices. - Delete On Removal - If desired, documents can be removed from the web site once it is detected they have been removed from the source SharePoint location. - Delete On Demand - Documents can be individually removed from the web site.
