Scaling Watermark Description
Scaling Watermark is a very lightweight software solution that can add a horizontal and a vertical watermark to your images. The program is impressively easy to use and, as compared to other watermarking solutions, it offers only a limited number of options, all of them accessible via a dedicated screen. The application can work with the most popular image formats on the market, namely JPG, BMP, GIF and PNG, and supports text watermarks exclusively. While the fact that it doesn’t support photo watermarks is clearly a major drawback, rookies shall be delighted with the intuitive options included in the app. You can for example change the color of the text, adjust the font and the size, modify the text to be used as watermark and configure alpha level. As you can see, Scaling Watermark is a very basic piece of software, so it doesn’t comprise batch watermarking or any other feature that could enhance the overall experience. Scaling Watermark works smoothly on most Windows versions, but it crashes all of a sudden of Windows 7 workstations. All things considered, Scaling Watermark is a handy piece of software if you plan to add a watermark on a single picture with minimum effort. The problem however is that it cannot handle multiple photos at the same time because it doesn’t support batch watermarking, forcing users to watermark their images individually.
