Sales Sleuth for SFDC Description

The Sales Sleuth is a Yahoo! Widget in Appirio's productivity series for Salesforce.com. Sales Sleuth allows you to easily search for your Accounts and see key details about each, including Contacts, Opportunities, Cases and Tasks. Right on their desktop, without even launching a browser, users can search for all the key information on an Account. Search results include Account information, along with related objects such as Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, and Tasks. In addition, sales reps can customize the widget to startup with information on just the accounts they own (e.g. active Tasks or Opportunities they are working on). In each search results list, users can click the familiar Salesforce.com "cube" icon next to any item to launch a browser page. The user will be automatically logged in and pointed straight to the Salesforce.com page for the object. Each results list item will also have a "plus sign" icon that, when clicked, allows the user to enter data to create a new Task in Salesforce.com. The Task will be associated automatically to the related object. The Sales Sleuth is limited to use with Salesforce.com Enterprise and Unlimited Editions.
