EditBy This was the concept when the Sales Judge assessment was developed for a leading university as a way to analyze sales organizations prior to designing customized training programs. How the Sales Judge assessment works: 1. Sales people are provided with FACT sheets about your company and a typical prospect company. 2. Each sales person is assessed during a sales presentation to a “buyer,” typically a sales knowledgeable executive, or after an actual sales call in the field. 3. Sales people are rated on 28 to 37 sales factors in nine to ten sales skill areas (depending on the assessment). Sales factors are scored on a scale of 1 to 5 indicating poor to excellent execution. 4. Sales factor scores are added for a total competency rating and are summarized with comments in a printed Sales Competency Profile. Sales Competency Profile The Sales Judge assessment is Now available as a software program and as paper-based management guides so companies like yours can perform their own professional sales assessments.
