SafetyBak Description

SafetyBak supplies an easy means of backing up and restoring data with the help of a simple, easy to use interface also schedule unattended backups. Main features: Backup files to any drive letter including floppy disks, removable, and networked drives. Multiple disk spanning. Choice of super high LZH5, LZH, RLE, or no compression. Passwords protect option. Create multiple backup sets, each having a descriptive name. Incremental or full backups. Visual bar graph of backup progress. Easy to use wizard with NEXT and PREVIOUS. Associates file archive and backup set file types for use in Windows Explorer. Option to automatically create a backup set or AutoBak shortcut on your desktop. To insure safer backups there's an option to scandisk or format destination drive. Options to cleanup destination disk files. Restore to differnt drives and/or directories with option to overwrite existing files. Open and view the file list and size before you backup. Option to eject disk on exit. Shows useful information like how much free space the destination drive has next to how big the backup is, free space after the backup, log of all files backed up. 6.9 fixed a shell32 error, which occurred on some systems.
