SNP Find is a small, Java based application designed to help you discover homozygosity regions from an Affymetrix SNP Arrays GeneChip Human Mapping 10K XbaI 142 2.0 and GeneChip Human Mapping NspI 250K. The software generates several result text files, which can be used for further analysis or plotting diagrams.
