SET is a lightweight and easy to use application to evaluate and visualize sample discrimination abilities. SET can help to quickly narrow down candidate genes with good discrimination abilities. Besides, the visualization of the prediction strength (PS) for individual sample allows user to re-validate the signature’s capacities and offer individual prediction information that could be useful for clinically prognosis and clinical management decisions.
