This POS software delivers a good mix of simplicity and features in a simple product. The retail business management part of the tool allows you to maintain control over sales and inventory. The product offers a simple check out process for the sales counter in addition. The product is also suitable for a telephone based order desk. Optionally you can get a link to the QuickBooks for the sake of further accounts processing. The tool is easy enough such that store managers should, themselves, be able to set it up and train the staff too. The interface makes it easy to operate the product. The layout that appears on the screen is exactly the way the printed slip will look like. In case of a doubt about any specific item, the operator would be able to bring up a picture so that there is no way a wrong pricing or delivery is made. You are able to pick the product from two drop down lists that are a list of departments and a list of products. All the necessary functions are built in, from suspending sales to creating price quotes; are available within the product. The control buttons are available around the sale receipt screen. The operator can very easily manage totaling up the sale. The interface for the inventory management functions is divided into tabbed windows so you can easily avoid the features you do not use. A special tab contains some advanced features such as suggestion selling, serial number tracking and automatic substitutions for out-of-stock items, etc. Customer data management features let you track many details, including a customer photograph.
