Reply Assistant Description

ReplyAssistant makes typing emails and letters much faster. If you have a close look at your daily correspondence, you will notice that you are writing very similar texts again and again. Most of your customers ask similar questions, so you basically have to write the same emails again and again and again. So why not create reusable text fragments that you can use over and over again? Put ReplyAssistant on your computer, and it will help you turn text you use again and again into well-organized fragments that you can simply drag-and-drop into your documents and emails. The next time you type an email or letter, have a close look if you can reuse one or more parts of the text. If yes, select the part of the text that you would like to reuse, copy it and then open the ReplyAssistant and click on 'New Item' . The dialog for creating a new item will appear. Now simply click on the capture button to add the selected text to the ReplyAssistant. If you want to, ReplyAssistant even gives you the opportunity to choose if you want it to be stored in simple text, rich text or HTML text!
