Quircus Description

Quircus is a lightweight, Java-based IRC client that you can use to keep in touch with your friends or chat with other connected users on IRC channels. At the first run, the application prompts you to configure the IRC server, port and enter the nick you want to use. The communication can be encoded using various algorithms, including Windows-1252, UTF-8, KOI8-R, Windows-1251, EUC or ISO-2022-JP.
