Quadmix and Quadpan Description
These are multichannel vst effect plugins and will have little or no use on stereo or mono tracks. Quadmix is the inverse of Quadpan. It is a utility plugin for modular programs like audiomulch and bidule which takes four inputs and sends them to one output. The volume for each input is controlled by the position of a ball on the XY pad. If the ball is in the top left hand corner, the audio will only come from the first input etc. If it is in the middle the signal is spread evenly between all the inputs. The ball can be controlled by two lfos (assigned to the X and Y co-ordinates) which allow a variety of different patterns to be created. There are 16 preset shapes included.
