QengHo Description

The QengHo application was designed to be an unusual clock. It uses a period from history as an absolute reference, counting seconds from that time to the present GMT. Default is the initial moonlanding. Contains other historical moments from the top events of the century. Also contains a Y2K second counter. Concept taken from the (great) new SciFi novel "A Deepness Upon the Sky" by Vernor Vinge.
