PostNews Description

The PostNews application was designed to be a Win32 console utility for posting messages to Usenet newsgroups. It uses the NNTP protocol (RFC 977) to upload one or more messages to a specified newsserver. Main features: Support for wildcards in the file specification. News server is specified on the command line, so PostNews can be used with a different server each time it is run. Support for "original" authentication (RFC 2980) Status messages written to screen. Can be redirected to file. Option for displaying entire NNTP session. Option to delete messages that are successfully posted Option to move messages that are successfully posted
