Edit By This little application makes simple changes in your registy files to suppress Windows "Bubble tips" from appearing. Pop The Balloons allows suppression of Window's Balloon Tips, often so annoying while using, for example, wireless networking. Tips like 'Unable to connect to preferred wireless network'. These 'helpful' balloon tips can make working in a Wi-Fi area unbearable, as a user must manually close each one, or wait for them to timeout.
