As the name of this software implies, Photo Converter allows you to change the type of your images to other formats (e.g. JPG, GIF, BMP). It can be easily used by individuals of any experience level. The interface of the application is plain and simple to work with. Image files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed. So, all you have to do is specify the output destination, filename pattern and format, in order to proceed with the conversion job. But you can also crop, resize, flip and rotate pictures, zoom in and out, change the background color, add borders and watermarks, as well as apply templates (e.g. old fashion, shadow) and adjust the color balance (e.g. brightness, contrast). The simplistic image editing software takes up a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a conversion job and manages to keep a good image quality. We haven't encountered any problems during our tests. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the help file. Other than that, we strongly recommend Photo Converter to all users.
