Furthermore, it's impressively feature-rich, offering access to a large variety of tools, but the best results are still achieved when using Photivo in conjunction with a well-known Gimp graphic editor, which Photivo is fully compatible with. Photivo and Gimp can operate in perfect symbiosis, as Photivo offers things that Gimp lacks, like the support for batch processing. Anyway, Photivo already supports advanced features, options and functions like denoise (line, wavelet, etc.), sharpen, contrast algorithms and filters, CA correction, Green equilibration, defish and other perspective correction capabilities, tonemapping, and many others. As you can see, Photivo is not exactly a tool meant for inexperienced users. Beginners will have troubles using it because of its rather intricate interface that offers access to a lot of advanced functions. When vignetting and saturation tweaking are some of the simpler functions, it's clear that Photivo is a tool suitable for power users and experienced graphic designers and editors.
