Computer systems, operating systems, suppliers, products, support contacts, and business locations can be entered into a single, or multiple databases for adding problem event entries. Multiple access keys are available for tech support or help desk usage. Although the program is completely functional, and all preliminary information can be entered and maintained, a maximum of 5 to 10 problem event entries is all that can be entered without registering. An unlock code is all that is required to remove the limitation. It can be entered manually from the HELP menu.
