Pathoscope Description

Pathoscope is a lightweight and easy to use application designed to process and analyze multiple strains of genomes and predict which ones belong there. Pathoscope uses the expectation and maximization algorithm in order to reassign genome mapping. It provides support for sam / BLAST input files and generates reports that you can open in Excel.
