PDF Metadata Remover is a simple-to-use software application whose purpose is to remove metadata from PDF documents, as the name implies, in order to reduce file size when having numerous PDFs on disk. The installation procedure is quite rapid and does not require special attention. The app's interface is based on a regular window with a plain and simple structure, where you can import a PDF using either the file browser or drag-and-drop support. PDF metadata is shown in the main frame and includes the producer, keywords, date of creation and last modification, along with description and other details. Advanced users may also directly examine full metadata in a secondary tab. All changes are applicable with the click of a button. Unfortunately, PDF Metadata Remover does not integrate an option for saving new files. On top of that, it does not offer support for batch processing, which is a major downside. CPU and RAM usage is kept to a minimal level, so PDF Metadata Remover does not affect the computer's overall performance. As expected, it quickly carries out a task.
