This program allows you to encode videos into Mpeg4 format (MP4). The input format files are AVI, WMV, MPEG, and DAT. The output format is AVI with Xvid format for video codec and MP3 format for audio codec. It has an easy to use interface. You just have to open the file clicking in the "Add" button, browse your computer to find the desired file and click the "Open button". Next you have to set the parameters bit rate (formats: 80 Kbps or 128Kbps) and frequency (formats: 22050 Hz or 44100 Hz) for audio; frame rate (15 fps or 30 fps) and resolution (formats: 220:176, 160:128, 128:128, and 96:64) for video. Next you have to select the target folder and press the "Encode Now" button. It depends on the size of the file the time it will take to make the conversion. You can add many files to convert. This program needs Xvid codec to work. You can download it in "http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/". When installing Xvid you need to mark the option "Decode all supported FourCCs (DivX, DX50, MP4V)".
