OutlookExtract OE Description

OutlookExtract OE is a set of tools that let you export the messages and attachments stored in Outlook Express and Windows Mail. You can save the messages as mime EML, Adobe PDF or as Text / Html files. The extracted messages are stored in a folder of your choice maintaining the original folder structure. This has several advantages: - You can view them by simply clicking on them or you can use the provided tool EmailExplorer. - You don't need to have Outlook Express or Windows Mail installed to view them. - You can burn them to a CD/DVD with the included module. The generated messages names are Joliet compatible. - If you want to restore the messages to Outlook, simply drag them from file explorer to the folder of your choice. You can also schedule the automatic extraction of messages at different time intervals. The provided EmailExplorer tool is a powerful Email manager that let you view, search, print and organize the messages stored on disk or CD. It recognizes and reads EML, MHT, PDF, HTM and TXT files natively, you don't need any other application installed to view them such as Outlook or Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can export the header information and the html and text parts of the selected messages to Excel, XML file or a comma delimited text file. You can also convert formats from EML to MHT, EML to PDF, EML to HTM/TXT. It has advanced search functions that let you find messages either by name or by searching inside the file contents. OutlookExtract has a CD/DVD burner that let you burn your extracted messages in the Joliet format or UDF format.
