OptimalViewPlus Description

This is based on the Nelder and Mead's simplex method of function minimization. This method does not need the derivatives of the cost function with respect to the control variables. The trial version is only two-dimensional which means that the cost function is a function of only two variables. The plus version can have as many variables as needed.
