This allows Outlook to launch minimized every time windows starts. Auto launches Outlook 97 to XP, minimized to tray if hide when (Hide when minimized) checked in Outlook. Design mainly for always on connections(DSL or Cable). If your computer is not connected to the net it will still launch but, Outlook will be unable to connect.
