The Newpaper application was developed to be a small tool that can change wallpaper on your desktop under each start OS. Newpaper works with expressing the formats: GIF, JPEG, JPG, BMP. In the change from their own analogues, program allows an user to use loved pictures, simply copying them in its working catalogue, rather then updating catalogue of pictures itself through Internet. Also user can itself select a location of catalogue with image.
