However, it has an intuitive interface, which definitely flattens the learning curve. From the main screen, you can replay videos in which the activity on the target computers has been recorded. Likewise, you can access an inventory of the local and remote PCs, which comprises available hardware, installed software as well as running process and applications. When monitoring a remote computer, the program allows you to view its desktop in real time. I am glad that you can follow various computers simultaneously as their screens appear as thumbnails on your display. Likewise, you can let other users see the selected desktop as well. Not only that, it is allowed to share the activity on your own computer screen with others. If you are assisting someone, it is great that you can interact with the person using voice and text chat. In this respect, it is even possible to start controlling the remote computer from your machine. Other collaboration features let you transfer data and synchronize the contents of various folders. All in all, NetSupport Manager is a great tool mostly in the hands of employers who need to know what the personnel under their supervision is doing during work hours. Fortunately, this can be done by not only your Windows PC but also other devices running Mac, Android, iOS, Linux and Chrome OS.
