NetHalt Description

The NetHalt application was designed to be a small, easy to use utility that makes a Windows machine running Windows 2000 or newer shutdown at a predefined daily time. It is more powerful then the windows shutdown command as it can be configured to allow someone on the machine to delay or abort the shutdown depending on the machine's NetBIOS name.
