Net232 Description

Net232 helps you transport RS232 full-duplex data communications between two computers. The chosen COM port at each end will be connected together as if hard-wired, transparent to the external equipment using the RS232 link. If you are using a local/fast network, Net232 enables you to choose the FAST-CONNECT option, which can be found under Network Setup. To further help speed up initial connection use actual IP address and not the Host’s name. RS232 data is fully buffered with 32 K byte RX/TX buffers reducing the possibility of data loss. All the settings are saved on exit. When run again, NET232 will try to reconnect immediately, using these previous settings. Main features: Supports multiple network adaptors (dial-up and local IPs).
