NameAid Description

NameAid is a simple program that allows a group of files with a common extension to be renamed in sequential order. To successfully use NameAid you need to follow 5 simple steps: 1. Select the folder containing the files to be renamed using the Browse button. 2. Enter the filename extension (i.e., jpg or txt). 3. Enter the filename base that you would like to use (i.e., Picnic or Dad'sFish). 4. Enter the number of leading zeros that you would like to have in your filename. 5. Press the Begin button to start renaming the files. Keep an eye on the sample filename at the top of the NameAid window. This sample is constantly updated by changes that you make.
