NTRegOpt Description

NTRegOpt is a straightforward piece of software that optimizes Windows Registry entries rapidly, and it does not require user intervention. It can be used even by individuals with little or no experience in software applications, since it does not include any configuration parameters. After a brief and uneventful procedure, the optimization operation is immediately performed at initialization, once you confirm it with the click of a button. During this time you can view the current registry hive, along with total optimized hives. Results are shown in a standard message dialog, and they include the initial and final registry size, along with the reduction percentage. A system restart is required to apply the new changes to the computer, but it is not initialized automatically. NTRegOpt carries out a task very quickly while using low CPU and RAM, so it doesn't affect the overall performance of the computer. No error dialogs were shown in our tests, and the app did not hang or crash; we haven't come across any issues.
