NTBackup Description

NTBackup is a lightweight application designed to help you backup and restore registry entries on Windows XP. It provides a simple wizard for novices users, along with advanced settings for the experienced ones. You can ask the app to backup documents and settings (for all users or just the current one), or all data on the computer. Alternatively, you can choose individual items. It is possible to select the backup type between normal, copy, incremental, differential, and daily. NTBackup is capable of checking data integrity on a successful task, and use volume shadow copy to process files that are currently written. Furthermore, you can overwrite existing files or append the backup to them, as well as schedule the backup job instead or running it immediately, among others. The simple-to-use program is very light on the system resources, running on low CPU and memory. No errors have been shown in our evaluation, and the application did not hang or crash.
