A powerful and open source protein structure explorer NOC is a software application designed for protein structure visualizing and analysis, for crystallographic modelling and mapping, for Gromacs/Amber MD trajectories viewing and analysis. NOC is an open source project and is distributed with precompiled binaries for MS Windows, MacOSX, Linux/Unix.
