MrMTgui Description

MrMTgui was developed to be a free GUI for ModelTest and MrModeltest. It can be used in Windows and Linux systems. It is a natural evolution of MTgui, with the recent inclusion of MrModelTest capabilities. On your first run the program will Ask for the location of ModelTest, MrModelTest and Paul executables. A new feature of MrMTgui is the possibility or running PAUP directly from the interface. MrMTgui is distributed Now with copies of the paupblock and mrblock files and if you select Run Paup the program will ask for a nexus file to be modeltested / mrmodeltested. The path to PAUP can be set in a Similar way as the ModelTest / MrModelTest paths and it has to be created only once
