Microspot Modeler is an interactive 3D modelling application that makes it simple to create and render a model and view the results as you are working. With Modeler, it is possible to produce fully scaled, customised furniture and other objects. An ideal companion product for Microspot Interiors, Modeler objects can be used in libraries and rooms created with Interiors to produce a completely customised room design. Modeler has several basic and complex shapes to get you started as well as a tool to create 3D text. Shapes can then be modified using various tools and further enhanced using colour, lighting and textures. The multi-functional Info palette enables you to see the size and position of your model in metric or Imperial (feet and inches) measurements. Transparency, colour, texture and render brightness can also be adjusted further using the Info palette. To see a preview of what the final render will look like, Microspot Preview Renderer or choose Interactive to see progress as you are working in a real-time interactive mode. To complete the model, use Microspot Renderer, which allows you to control the speed and quality of the final render. Files can be exported in a variety of file formats including bmp, jpeg, psd and tiff and more. Modeler also provides a helpful tutorial that has step-by-step instructions on how to create basic furniture items.
