For example in Moscow, the prefix codes will change from 095 to 495. Other prefix locations due to change include Kaliningrad, Kursk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Tambov, Smolensk, Tver, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslav, Orel, Tula, Ryazan, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kostroma and Moscow Region.
